Q. Can Adults use the Bouncy Castle?

A. Adults can use the Bouncy Castle as long as it is an Adult Grade. This will be specified in the disclaimer.

Q. Where is BIG & BOUNCY Castle Hire based?

A. BIG & BOUNCY Castle Hire is based in Telford, Shropshire. We have now linked with another company from Birmingham so we can offer more units. All unit can be booked any day apart from the 15ft X 15ft Adult turret which can only be hired out at weekends.

Q. Who can hire out our Bouncy Castles?

A. Anyone can hire out our castles privately. This includes Pubs / Public. You may require PLI (Public Liability Insurance) before hiring if you are a public house. We do sometimes take the Bouncy Castle to public events, where we charge p/p to use it. This can also be negotiated if you have an event that is coming up!

Q. How often are your castles cleaned?

A. BIG & BOUNCY Castle Hire try and always keep the units in clean condition on return. If a castle requires a big clean then time is put aside.

Q. Do i have to supervise my children while they are using the Bouncy Castle?

A. YES Children need to be supervised at ALL times. BIG & BOUNCY Castle Hire do not take responsibilty for any injury caused while on hire.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

A.Delivery is chargable after 5 miles from the 'TF5' area, between 5 - 10 miles is charged at £5. Over 10 miles will be charged slightly more.

Q. When can i book a Castle?

A.You can only book the Bouncy Castles for any day throughout the week/weekends. Please note the 15ft x 15ft Adult turret is ONLY for weekend bookings.

Q. Is the Bouncy Castle suitable for Indoor use?

A.Our Adult grade Bouncy Castle is huge, this is recommended for Outdoor use only because of the size. But if you have adequate space we can do indoor use and will supply sand bags to weight the bouncy castle down.

Q. What type of occasion can a Bouncy Castle be booked for?

A.You can hire it for any occasion. Some occasions are Birthday Parties / Weddings / School Fetes / Fund raising events and much more..
